I agree. The line "if you want to win a war, you have to get the men". That's true. The lack of men in the church is sad.
As far as the "you want a scrapper" for a pastor deal...eh. We need leaders who are willing and able to stand up for something and be assertive, yes. But that has to be balanced with dudes who are able to reason with people also. I didn't see Jesus in many bar fights. But I didn't see Him tuck tail and run much either.
