Tham Hin refugee camp in Thailand
This is the refugee camp that most of our Karen friends came from.

This was facinating to watch, although I could hardly breath until I saw the kids did have an open space to play. Such tight quarters! I'll bet the Karen were moved when watching it. Dad
It's so bizarre to me that the mundane act of pouring a bowl of cereal is something they're learning about in school.
You really have no point of reference as to how different cultures are until you see that. And then, you realize how similar people are when you see her playing the guitar and football.
The line the mother said "I encourage her to listen to my advice." What mother on this planet hasn't said that?

YouTube is back online in Thailand. That is a great glimpse into the heart of a refugee. I pray she finds an open door...
