Here is a shot of my Mind Mapping of Jacob's Well ministries and systems...I was a tad overwhelmed after I was done. That's a lot of systems to coordinate, equip, staff and sustain, when you map it out. Now I'm mapping out each subsection...and will utilize these assessments, as well as our church APEST evaluation in our new year planning as a leadership team.
