Mitch, That sounds exciting. From what my brother tells me,you will love it and be in a place that needs all the love it can get. You will also experience sincere people with genuine love to give as well.
Mitch, actually I think the very orphanage you are going to is the one that Matt took me to. He was doing a documentary video for them (no charge I might add) and took me there when he finished it. I doubt there are many Orphanages that handle aids children. Anyway it was a very modern and well equipped place and the Manager left a lasting impression on me; she was so full of the Spirit it overflowed the room she was in and had a boundless energy for the care of the children. We also met another young fellow who has volunteered there for many seasons, he too, full of that Jesus grin. You are so fortunate to get this opportunity, wish I was going with you. Fred
Perspective is a slippery thing. That house could be 6 inches tall. You mean to tell me you believe it's a real house (notice no people around)? And even if someone were able to fit in it, wouldn't they be happier to live near their family instead of half-way around the world? -Matt
