John Carter of Mars...make the movie, please...

My one request before I die...well, I have a few others, but for the sake of the post...would some really fantastic studio/director please put Edgar Rice Burroughs Martian Chronicles into a butt kicking film. If you want to read a great SCI-FI fantasy book, read the first book in the series: "A Princess of Mars".

Sounds like a good book.

Do you mind asking what "12th level pastor" means/refers to? Is it a denominational thing?

LOL...this question separates the geeks from the jocks here. :) Obviously you were not a geek. 12th level anything is a nod to the D&D (Dungeons and Dragons) days. You would gain experience points by accomplishing certain things in the game and after so many experience points you would advance levels. I've pastored now, over 13 years, so officially, I am now a 13th level pastor. ;)

you have to be kidding me! I'm on book six right now! Melissa bought me the series for my birthday. I started reading them in high school but never finished and the books weren't mine. But while I was in Africa I had some time so there you go. Very exciting to read. By the way, she couldn't find book 7. I have the rest.

The only thing I could think of was something mormon lol.

I was never really into D&D type things, so I guess i am happy not to have the geek label. I'm sure many of my friends would disagree.
