I was thrilled to attend a church planter's luncheon with Rick McKinley, Pastor of Imago Dei in Portland Or. (www.imagodeicommunity.com) on Thursday at the Empyrean (www.empyrean.bz) a very cool coffee shop in downtown Spokane. The free lunch (Thanks guys!) was hosted by Pastor Rob Fairbanks of www.new-community.com and Pastor Steve Hart www.vintagefaith.blogs.com . I had the opportunity to meet a number of other church planters and church pastors that have planted multiple churches in Spokane. It was an encouraging time and another spiritual push to keep pressing on no matter what the challenge may be. It's good to sit and hear each others stories...
